Description
Heavy Duty Steering Enhancement. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Steering Kit with Stabilizer Clamp offers a robust upgrade to stock steering components for improved durability and performance. Its design aims to reduce bump steer and death wobble while providing easy adjustability for optimal alignment. This kit is ideal for lifted vehicles, ensuring reliable steering under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. The kit features a tie rod made from heat-treated 1-3/8" 4130 Chromoly steel and a drag link crafted from 1-3/8" 1018 solid bar to ensure maximum strength and rigidity. Both components are finished with abrasion-resistant powder coating to resist corrosion and wear. The steering stabilizer clamp is CNC extruded from 6061-T6 aluminum and black anodized to deliver lightweight durability and excellent corrosion resistance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with 100% bolt-on components requiring no reaming or drilling of steering knuckles. Basic hand tools suffice to complete the process with minimal hassle.
Application. Designed specifically for the 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ, this kit complies with standard lift and clearance requirements and should be paired with appropriate pitman arms based on lift height.
