Alloy USA has over 30 years in the performance market and strives to be your choice in aftermarket driveline parts whether you wheel your Wrangler hard, or simply stick to the road. As an affiliate of Omix-ADA, Alloy USA is driven to provide their customers with top quality products and service with competitive pricing. Alloy USA tests their axle shafts and ring and pinion sets on demanding trails as well as on the roads, so you can be sure you’re getting a well-engineered part that you can depend on.
Their axle shafts with u-joint fittings are made from 4340 Chromoly, and the axle shafts with the wheel hubs are made from 4140 Chromoly. Both are CNC machined, heat treated, induction hardened and magnflux inspected. Alloy USA makes a point of keeping up to date on the latest splining technology, so all of the splines are cold rolled. By the end of the process an Alloy USA axle shaft is up to 40 percent stronger than its OE counterpart.
Alloy USA wants to see your Jeep Wrangler getting as much of its power to the ground, rather than be wasted by worn out driveline components or oversized tires. To compensate, Alloy USA developed various gear sets with a multitude of ratios depending on your needs. We at ExtremeTerrain carry Alloy USA’s 3.73:1 up to 5.38:1 gear sets. Alloy makes their gear sets are made from 8620 steel for increased strength and life over other gears. The gear teeth are machined to perfection using Gleason CNC machines.
Alloy USA provides a warranty on all of their products. The axle shafts have a ten year, the gear sets a 5 year, and their differential overhaul kits have a three year warranty.
