Specs. Alloy USA's front axle kit for the Dana 30 is designed to provide intense strength and superior performance over stock. Featuring shafts made from 4340 Chromoly, they're induction hardened to be up to 40 percent stronger than stock Jeep axles. The shafts are CNC machined for a precise fit and then mangaflux inspected for any cracks or anomalies.

X-Joints. This kit includes Alloy USA's X-joints for superior performance and easy maintenance. They're equipped with serviceable grease Zerk at each cap and are crafted from cold forged steel composition made of chromium, molybdenum and nickel alloy for extreme strength.

Application. This Alloy USA axle kit fits 1997 - 2006 TJ Wrangler models with the Dana 30 front axle.
