Tuffy Security Products Deluxe Security Full Console (11-18 Jeep Wrangler JK)

Design. The Tuffy Security Full Console; Deluxe is a feature-rich locking half-console that replaces the rear half of the factory plastic console, while leaving the front half in place. It's made out of 16-gauge steel with an enduring powder coating. The console is 33 inches long, 8.25 inches wide at the top and 10.125 inches at the bottom, and 19.25 inches high. It weighs 33 pounds. It adds 75% more storage space relative to the plastic factory console.

Storage Benefits.The centerpiece is the locking security compartment, which is defended by a push-button lock system; 10-tumbler, double-bitted key; a pin-lock hinge that cannot be easily broken through by thieves; and the Pry-Guard II locking system. The lid is supported by a gas strut when open, and includes a full length, comfortable marine grade vinyl armrest on top. There is a removable tray, an electronics routing bracket with a wire routing notch to support various stereos and radios, and a divider bracket to add a divider to turn 1 compartment into 2 if desired. Finally, there is a rear beverage holder with 2 extra large drink rings, fitted with rubber drink fingers to keep beverages from rattling noisily against the holder while driving.
