How to Install Tuffy Compact Security Lockbox (87-18 Wrangler YJ, TJ, JK &JL) on your Jeep Wrangler

1. Carefully open the package using a box cutter or knife (Figure A) and ensure the hardware is included and undamaged.


2. Open the lockbox (Figure B).


3. Line the opening with the sealant (provided) (Figure C).


4. Ensure the lockbox will close and lock still (Figure D).


5. Place the lockbox where it will be mounted (and remove carpeting if placed in interior) and mark each of the four holes with a marker (Figure E).


6. Drill each of the four holes marked in Step 5 (Figure F).


7. Insert each of the four bolts (supplied) through the drilled holes (this method is more secure than placing the bolt through the lockbox) (Figure G).


8. Align the lockbox with the four screws so they are protruding through the interior of the lockbox (Figure H).


9. Place a washer (provided) and locknut (provided) on each of the four bolts then tighten using a 13mm wrench (Figure I).
