Heavy-Duty Steering Upgrade. The 2.5 Ton Aluminum Steering Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the steering system of your Jeep JK by replacing factory components with larger, stronger parts. This upgrade improves steering precision, reliability, and durability, ideal for lifted or modified vehicles that demand more robust steering components to handle increased loads and stresses.

Construction and Appearance. This kit features massive 1-1/4" shank offset tie rod ends made in the USA, combined with solid 2" 7075 aluminum links that are CNC machined to exacting specifications. The memory alloy properties of 7075 aluminum provide flexibility while maintaining strength. The components exhibit a clean, machined aluminum finish, offering both durability and visual appeal.

Installation. Designed for a straightforward, 100% bolt-on installation, this kit replaces factory steering links without the need for welding or modifications. Installation requires a 2" OD clamp to attach hydraulic assist rams or steering stabilizer brackets.

Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK, this steering kit is compatible only with aftermarket wheels featuring 4.75” backspacing or less. Using factory wheels requires 1.25" or larger wheel spacers. It is not compatible with aftermarket "big brake" kits.
