This high-quality kit is a superior upgrade from your standard Dana 44 rear axle as it boasts a twin-bearing full-float design that spreads vehicle weight evenly across forged 4140 chromoly spindles to remove weight from the axle shaft. The kit also manages to transfer torque to the wheels with casehardened 4340 chromoly shafts without load stress.
Ideal Construction. Featuring a 30 spline axle shaft for an ideal performance as well as a perfect 8 x 6.50 inch wheel bolt pattern and unbeatably effective big rotors, this kit is specifically created for your hardcore Jeep Wrangler. Designed from high-strength, heavy-duty materials like chromoly, this kit is durable enough to take on heavy wheels, oversized tires, impacts, twisting and binding without a problem. With a design that readily accepts inexpensive OE bearings and seals well, this kit effectively protects your Jeep's factory sensors and retains its OEM parking brakes, calipers, and pads. It is also guaranteed to give you the powerful performance you need.
Installation. Installing this kit takes about 5 hours from start to finish. Those with moderate mechanical skills will have no problem securing the kit.
