Description
Lift Support. When you install a lift of any sort on your Jeep you need to make sure that you support it properly with shocks. The TeraFlex 9550 VSS Rear Shock Absorber for 2.5 in. Lift is not only designed to work with TeraFlex's suspension lifts but it is specifically designed for your Jeep Wrangler. These shocks will give you the additional travel that you will require with a lift on your rig while also maintaining a smooth highway ride. Now you can commute during the week and go exploring on the weekend knowing your suspension is the best it can be.
Superior Performance. This shock is a twin tube design that provides longer stroke travel for the triple plated and induction hardened rod for strength and durability. The large diameter piston lowers operating temperatures and the travel limiter will minimize impacts of over-compression. The entire unit is black e-dipped for corrosion and rust protection.
Installation Notes. This shock was specifically designed to work on your Jeep Wrangler and is a direct bolt-in part that will support a TeraFlex 2.5" lift. Proper care should be taken to ensure that the shock is mounted properly and secured in order for the suspension system to function properly. A basic mechanics set of tools is all that is needed to install.
Warranty Information. TeraFlex extends a Lifetime Warranty to the original retail purchaser that their product will be free from material and manufacturer defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle they were originally installed on. Failure to complete regular maintenance on TeraFlex flexarms (grease every 3000 miles) will void this warranty. For complete terms and conditions, contact TeraFlex directly.
