Eliminate Bent Axles. One weak area on 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is the factory axle shafts. While equipped with a Dana 44 rear differential, the stock steel shafts are prone to bending under moderate off-road use, and especially so when upgraded tires are in play. Ten Factory Dana 44 performance rear axle shafts are a high-quality, high-strength replacement that will survive significant abuse and are highly recommended if you're wanting to run a big off-road tire. Their 32-spline ends, 5x5" bolt pattern and 32.5" length are exact matches to the factory axles and will drop right in place.

4140 Hardened Chromoly. Ten Factory manufactures these Dana 44 performance rear axles from hardened chromoly 4140 steel, which is lighter, more robust and has a higher tensile strength than the OEM steel shafts. A black oxide coating is applied to the axles to protect them from corrosion. Included with the shafts are all the necessary pieces to complete the overhaul: new bearings, seals, ABS rings and wheel studs.
