      Description

      High-Performance Rear Bumper. The Savvy Offroad Legacy Aluminum Rear Bumper Kit in raw aluminum provides enhanced rear-end protection with significant improvements in ground and departure clearance for off-road enthusiasts. It is engineered to withstand harsh terrain conditions and improve vehicle handling by reducing weight at the rear. This bumper is ideal for serious Jeep JK builders seeking aggressive styling combined with functional durability.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from heat-treated 3/16-inch 6061-T651 aluminum, this bumper offers superior tensile strength and impact resistance compared to standard alloys. All components are CNC laser-cut, bent, and TIG welded in the USA for exact fitment. The raw aluminum finish can be powder coated or painted to suit individual preferences and is resistant to rust in its untreated state.

      Installation. Installation involves removing the factory rear crossmember and professionally welding the included stronger 3/16-inch steel crossmember in place. This modification requires cutting and welding and is recommended to be completed by a skilled welder or fabrication shop due to the complexity and welding requirements.

      Application. Designed specifically to fit 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU models, accommodating both 2-door and 4-door configurations.
