I got this (11540.10) (w/winch mount) and a small bar over the winch, and the storage ends. Also put a Warn VR8000-S on it. Installation was pretty straight forward, but nothing is ever 100 as the you-tube vids or the printed instructions say. Took me most of all day, but I am not a mechanic and I was working completely by myself and I did add a Barricade massive skid plate which turned out not be compatible with the RR XHD so I had to remove it and that wasted a lot of time... Some people claim bolt-hole misalignment or diameter issues but I didn't have any of those problems.Minor fitment issue was that if I placed the bumper flush up against the frame then the Warn VR8000 winch power wires would just barely kiss the front fascia grill; I did not want that as vibration over the years would result in either pwoer cord insulation rubbing away of the front fascia would have been scuffed. So instead I reused the stock spacer pieces of metal that came with the stock bumper, they are maybe ~1/8" thick. This pushed the XHD forward an eighth which cleared the winch power cords away from the grill. That was great. HOWEVER, this meant one of the forward mounting holes for the over-winch (bull?)bar came to rest right over a small (1/8" high?) rise/imprfection in the frame. This means that when tightening the screws for the bar that its screw bottomed out (on the rise in the frame) before it was fully seated flush. Monday morning quarterback says I should just cut the screw short. Duh. But as that was one of the final things to do, at the end of a day, I just torqued it down hard. The result was it raised (warped) the bumper up about a sixteenth of an inch. Imperceptable to anyone except me who witnessed the sheet metal flex as I torqued the screw. Minor issue. But for the amount we pay for these things I would expect none issues! The bumper has been on for two weeks, daily-driver stuff for wife/daughter mall crawlers, and the powder coat has held up superbly to highway debris. Have yet to kill 1-3 inch saplings off-road so cannot report on that yet. But it feels solid, is heavy, and mounts tight and solidly. There is absolutely no bend nor flex anywhere in the system (bumper/ends/bar/mount) when I stand on it or lift up on it. The whole jeep moves, not the bumper. Seems very tough, very quality. No problems with the Warn VR series winch mounting. One more minor problem: relocating the vacuum pump. Seems like you have to decide between either the pump body contacting the cross-member, or the rubber hose contacting the cross-member. Neither are desirable from a long-term vibrations perspective. Seems the RR-provide relocating brackets are not "stiff" enough to prevent vibration such that one or the other will be subjected to long term rubbing/vibration in its new location inside the cross-member.

            Rugged Ridge XHD Bumber

I love the quality of this bumper but it was not easy install on my 2017 Jeep Willy. I had cut off a 1/4 inch from the Jeep bracket to make the bumper.

            Modular xhd

Absolutely love this number. Yes it may be a little pricey, but it gives you so many options. We all know that as a jeep owner we're always changing thing's about our rigs, this bumper changes whenever you want to go in a different direction

            Amazing upgrade. Great product.

Very sturdy and strong. Do not feel like it will ever be dented. The stock ones were too ugly and plain for my style. I prefer these very much so and i am very happy with what i paid for.

            Great value and looks

Bumper fit perfectly on '13 Rubicon Unlimited. Winch mounted without any problems to the bumper. I love the look of the modular XHD front bumper as is but I also added the stubby ends to finish it out. Great product!

            Modular as it says!

As the base for all your options it gives you choices. I went with high clearance ends and a loop bar. Soon I will be adding a winch. All accessories fit with out any problems....I especially like the large over-sized pull rings.

            Super Heavy Duty

This bumper is unbelievably strong! I was in a collision about two weeks after my initial install and at a glance, you could not even tell anything was out of the ordinary with my bumper.... the other jeep's bumper on the other had was toast! this bumper does a great job protecting your winch from damage and is the sturdiest subby bumper I have ever seen. I am extremely pleased

            Awesome bumper

Hardest part was taking off the factory bumper I also bought the brush guard and the 8500 pound winch the winch fits tight but the port is close to the brush guard so you need to use the side mount to get it to fit other than that it's amazing

            definite good buy!

I have to agree with everyone else. This is a nice bumper and easy install. I could have put it on faster, but I took a lot of pictures and started out with a manual rachet. Use an air rachet and you can cut it to a quarter of the time. I had put the ends on before mounting which made it a little difficult to get to the mounting nuts, but this wasn't a big deal once I pulled out the air rachet. Thanks to Extreme Terrain for a quick delivery!

            Great bumper--easy install--heavy duty metal

Great bumper is well made and a sinch to install. The ports for the lights are supposed to have four studs on which you screw nuts to hold on the lights. One of them only had two but seems to hold the light fine. Great finish, winch fits well, now I just need to order the pre-runner tubes to add on.

            Great deal

This is one of the better looking and (hopefully) more functional bumpers out there. In the military, had my brother buy it while I was out and we installed it the day I returned, took 2-3 hours, including relocating the vac pump. Shipping was fast, and free, and you cant find a better price then at Extreme. Only knocked it a star because it came without the D rings, but contacted the folks here at Extreme and had D rings at my door 3 days later. Very pleased with this product and plan on buying the matching rear bumper and tire carrier prior to heading to the hills this summer.

            Should be stock

This is the type of bumper that should have came stock with your jeep. Overall it's a good looking bumper, kind of plain unless to get some kind of an end or hoop thought. I got mine and 2 of the 8 pins for the fog lights were all bent, but with pliers could straighten them. It seems like a solid bumper, for the 07-11 Jeeps getting the stock bumper off would be the hardest part. For the newer 12-13 models (like mine) make sure you have some cutting tool to cut off the stock vacuum pump mount, and a drill to make a new mounting position. Also, if you're mounting a winch, do it BEFORE you mount everything to the vehicle... Trust me it will save you lots of hassle and busted knuckles. Overall, great bumper and would recommend to anyone, I have still yet to be let down by rugged ridge.

Rugged Ridge Winch Mount Modular XHD Front Bumper, Textured Black (07-13 Wrangler JK)

Great deal on a stubby! Looks great and the fitment was dead on. Took me longer to remove my stock JK bumper than it did installing this, the stinger and my winch. Great finish too! High mil coat that seems very durable. I only dropped the front end down about 0.25" with everything installed. The extra weight actually yields a better driving experience. Bonus.

A bumper worthy of the Jeep Wrangler

This heavy duty bumper by Rugged Ridge is an excellent upgrade to the flimsy plastic stock bumper. My jeep feels more solid and I have the confidence to be pulled out of any situation.

            Good Solid Product

I bought this bumper along with the XHD bumper mount push guard (RR 11540.18) and XHD bumper storage ends (RR 11540.22). I was very pleased with the modular design and quality overall. The pieces all integrated very well other than the push guard ends need to be trimmed about 4 inches as they overlap the storage ends making them impossible to open. Not a big deal, just a design flaw. Also, the directions say install the bumper first, then the end and push guard - bad idea - the bolts are next to impossible to line up. I put all the pieces together first and then mounted it to my jeep. The total package becomes incredibly heavy, but much easier then trying to install each piece while mounted to the jeep.

Bad look, in a good way.

This bumper is an excellent look for any JK. Great features and accessories to complete the look. Does need a modification of the vacuum pump for the '13. Only I need to save up for the winch!

            XHD Bumper

Easy to install and great appearance!! I love this bumper. I can change it as my Jeep evolves; stubby ends, over rider hoop, winch, etc.... I ended up putting a Smittybuilt winch on it and the fit was perfect. Great product. I bought the rear bumper to match and got more of the same!! I highly recommend!
