Rough Country's 3.5-inch Suspension Lift Kit with Control Arm Drop Brackets will turn your 2007-2018 2-Door Jeep Wrangler into the smoothest-riding, best-handling JK on the street or trail. With 3.5-inches of lift that can accommodate up to 35 x 12.50 tires, there are no obstacles you can't tackle with this Rough Country kit. With beefier Performance N3 Series Shocks, lifted coil springs, and control arm drop brackets you will have a rig that can go almost anywhere.

Performance N3 Series Shocks. Rough Country's Performance N3 Series Shock Absorbers are engineered to meet the demands of the serious off-roader. With 10-stage variable valving, these high-pressure Nitrogen charged shocks offer a fantastic blend of off-road action and smooth highway ride quality. Featuring a durable 18mm spring-loaded piston rod, fortified seals, and a faster-cooling 54mm shock body, Rough Country’s N3 Shocks offer a premium driving experience.

Lifted Coil Springs. The front and rear coil springs included in this Rough Country 3.5-inch Suspension Lift Kit have been engineered to work perfectly in conjunction with the other components of the kit. These springs will not only aid in lifting your Wrangler for increased clearance, but they will also help to provide a smooth comfortable ride. Rough Country also includes a set of Coil Correction Plates to correct the rear coil spring angle by 10 degrees, allowing them to function more efficiently.

Control Arm Drop Brackets. This Rough Country 3.5-inch Suspension Lift Kit also features control arm drop brackets. These Brackets have been engineered to relocate your factory control arms to the optimum geometry for absolutely incredible handling and driveability you won’t find in other setups.

No Welding Required. Rough Country designed their Suspension Lift Kit to be installed with no welding needed, making it a bolt-on kit. However, it should be noted that cutting and drilling is required for installation. With all the necessary hardware included, this Lift kit can be installed in about 4 to 5 hours time.

Lifetime Replacement Warranty. Rough Country Suspension Systems offers a Lifetime Replacement Warranty on most suspension products. All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for the life of the vehicle if utilized in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for installation and operation of said products. Subject to the terms and conditions, please see manufacturer's full warranty for details.

Application. This Rough Country 3.5-inch Suspension Lift Kit with Control Arm Drop Brackets is designed for use on 2007-2018 2-Door equipped Jeep Wrangler JK models. Does not fit 4-Door models.

Application Note. 2012-2015 models require exhaust modifications to clear the front driveshaft. For automatic transmission Wranglers: Due to the use of an oversize driveshaft from the factory and inadequate factory clearance, it may be possible for the front driveshaft to come in contact with the automatic transmission pan, tearing the factory boot and rubbing on the shaft. This generally occurs during heavy articulation when front sway bar links are disconnected and longer shocks are installed. If this is found to occur, the proper procedure would be to replace the oversize factory shaft with an aftermarket smaller diameter shaft to increase clearance between the transmission and front driveshaft. Rough Country does offer this driveshaft if needed.

Freight Notes. Freight items can only be shipped within the continental 48 states, no expedited methods. What is freight shipping? Your Answers are Right Here!.

5 2013 Wrangler - LoganS Installation Time: Afternoon

        Rough country 3.5 inch

I think for the money it is a great kit and is a lot better then doing a spacer lift. I haven't taken it offroad yet but the stance my wrangler has now is unlike anything else I've ever seen. It took me and 2 guys about 8 hours to do it. The instructions are very confusing and some of the parts are very different from normal lifts. Another thing to add, the pitman arm was almost impossible to remove so if your going to do this kit take it to a dealer or a shop to get the pitman arm off, it'll make everything easier.

5 2012 Wrangler - Webber Installation Time: Full Day

Great lift ride is better then sock!

Took full day to install by my self was not hard just took time in my driveway. I can see where they cut cost on some of the hard ware like on the spacers that go between the control are drop bracket's are roll pins not a solid tube but work they work. Over all very very happy with the lift. The ride is great even on the freeway.

3 2014 Wrangler - Steve Installation Time: Full Day

        Decent kit, horrible instructions.

This lift kit does what it promises, exactly 3 and a half inch lift. The product was pretty good quality. The reason that it only got a 3 rating is the instructions are horrible. There are missing steps, there are unnecessary steps. There is missing information. It seems like the person was jotting down notes as he was installing the kit and forgot to write down things. The pictures are useless. If you are not mechanically inclined, I would suggest looking at other kits.

5 2008 Wrangler - Charlie Installation Time: Full Day

        Great Lift Kit

Super easy to install so long as you have all the necessary tools. A 33mm socket is required to remove the pitman arm and it is not mentioned in the required tools list. Other than that just follow the directions and then go get an alignment.

5 2010 Wrangler - ClintonS Installation Time: Weekend

Great lift kit and well priced

This lift is a great kit and helped me learn a good deal about my Jeep's suspension. The added height makes a significant difference. The instructions are in need of a rewrite and more pictures would help. I did the majority of the work with hand tools but I'd say a good impact is needed. As with any lift I notice a bit more swaying but it's nothing significant.

will instaling this affect my transmission, drive train, etc?

I have noticed on a 2014 2 Door Jeep Wrangler V3.6 automictic trans that some kits require an exhaust adapter or to change to a smaller front drive shaft. Mopar's 2" Suspension Lift Kit 77070095AC comes with the front drive shaft. Is there an issue with this kit that would require this drive shaft or the exhaust adapter . Thanks ,

      • You would need an exhaust adaptor for this kit as with any JK Wrangler lifted more than to inches you would need one of these parts to create the necessary clearance between the drive shaft and exhaust.

what type of additional modifications will I need to run this lift on a 2018 jk with automatic trans?

      • No modifications are needed to install this lift on your Jeep.

Do I have to change other parts on my manual 2009 JK if I put this lift kit. Like driveshaft or some others? thanks

      • If you have a manual JK, you will only have to add an exhaust extension to clear the front driveshaft. You would not have to modify any other components to use this lift.

With a rubicon with the disconnectable sway bars, will it be a problem swapping them? I'm not entirely sure how they work but that sounds like itll be a factor when moving the sway bars around. If anything could I just run the factory sway bar in the front and swap the rears?
