Advanced Control and Precise Handling. Enhance your Jeep’s control and comfort by using this Pedders TrakRyder Front Shock. This shock absorber has been specifically designed to provide you with precise control on the toughest off-roading conditions. Its massive 40mm bore facilitates increased oil capacity and the Foam Cell Technology offers optimum performance for improved handling and excellent overall ride quality.
Foam Cell Technology. Pedders’ foam cell technology significantly reduces the shock fade by eliminating the mixing of the oil and air, which ensures optimum damping control in all conditions. It also provides full oil contact with the inner and outer housings while offering larger cooling areas for better shock performance.
Reliable Durability. Built for long-term durability, this TrakRyder Front Shock features a heavy-duty twin tube construction and reinforced double-welded mountings. The damage-resistant outer tube protects the inner housing and piston from debris and trail impacts. The rugged multipurpose design provides increased stability for touring, load carrying, towing, and other off-road activities. Additionally, the bright red finish adds another layer of protection from outdoor elements while enhancing your Jeep’s bold appeal.
Direct Bolt-on Replacement. Pedders designed this foam cell shock to be a direct bolt-on replacement for your JK’s factory shock absorbers. Please note that an alignment, by a qualified shop, is highly recommended after installation.
Pedders Warranty. Pedders warranties its full range of suspension parts against defects in workmanship, materials and/or malfunction for 24 Months or 24,000 miles from the time of purchase. If a Pedders part malfunctions during the 24 Month or 24,000 mile warranty period and Pedders determines the part in question to be defective, Pedders will either replace it or repair it at their discretion. Some exceptions apply.
Application. This TrakRyder Front Shock is designed by Pedders for use on all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models.
