Comprehensive Protection for Key Underbody Components. The EVO Manufacturing ProTek Skid Plate System in Black offers durable underbody protection for your Jeep Wrangler JK. It safeguards critical parts such as the oil pan, transmission, and exhaust crossover from potential damage during off-road use, ensuring enhanced durability and defense for costly factory components without compromising accessibility.
Construction and Finish. Manufactured from high-strength quarter-inch steel for the oil pan skid and three-sixteenth-inch steel for the transmission and exhaust skids, each skid is fully boxed for maximum protection. The components are precision bolt-on using factory or supplied hardware, requiring no modifications or drilling. A black powder-coated finish provides corrosion resistance and a professional appearance.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and typically takes three to six hours. This skid system is 100% bolt-on with no drilling required, simplifying the upgrade for both enthusiasts and professionals.
Warranty. The skid system includes a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
Application. Designed to fit 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU models with automatic transmission. Please note, the exhaust cross-member skid is not compatible with long arm suspension kits.
