Low Profile. When you install the Artec Industries Dana 44 Front Axle Swap Kit on your Jeep Wrangler TJ Rubicon, it will reinforce the axle. It has a low profile design and delivers a sleek look. It was innovatively designed and manufactured to decrease the vehicle component interference for easy an fit in your Jeep.
Made to Last. You can rely on the quality craftsmanship of this axle swap kit that is made to last with durable steel. Precision CNC machining is used to make the steel truss which is strengthened for enhanced stability of the axle housing. Bowing or leaning of the coil relief is prevented since it is stamped into the coil bucket to make a straight coil. This is different compared to non-flat coil mounts on a flat coil bucket that tend to bow or lean. Correct trackbar drag link geometry is ensured with the adjustable trackbar that has been designed for multiple mounting locations.
Simple Installation. Depending on your vehicle, you will need to do slight modifications on the included parts. The manufacturer provides customers with a PDF instruction guide on their website. You will need some welding and general fabrication skills to complete this installation that will take 5-7 hours. Some grinding may be necessary since every axle varies slightly.
Application. The Artec Industries Dana 44 Front Axle Swap Kit is designed to fit all 2003-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ Rubicon models. You’ll need a modified or new trackbar since the steering geometry and trackbar bracket location is changed.
