      Description

      Durable Construction. The Taraflex Dana 30/44 Premium Series Ball Joints make the difference in keeping your Jeep on the trails and out of the shop. These hard-sintered wear bushings will help your Jeep tackle tough terrain, taking on extreme side loads without failure. Taraflex’s HD ball joints are covered in a magnesium phosphate coating making them corrosion resistant. The heat-treated chromoly ball and stud are much stronger than the OEM replacement and are complemented by an equally strong carbon steel housing.

      Simplified Setup. The HD ball joints utilize the factory style flange and grease fitting, but simplify preload adjustment by allowing adjustment without axle disassembly. The preload is easily set with hand tools allowing anyone with a small toolset to do this job. A low-profile seal prevents contaminants from entering the ball joint assembly, while also allowing spent grease to evacuate the ball joint.

      Moderate Installation. The installation time should take approximately 4 hours and is a job that can be carried out with a socket set and hand tools. Ball joints should fit as OEM parts but with the assurance that these heavy-duty pieces will meet your off-road needs.

      Application. The Taraflex Dana 30/44 Premium Series Ball Joints fit all 1987-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ & TJ models.
