No More Bending. The factory front axles on 2003-2006 TJ Wrangler Rubicons are prone to bending when being wheeled hard, and especially so when being wheeld hard and running a 35" or larger tire. The 0.25" thickness of the stock axles are just not up to spec when dealing with the increased loads of a big tire and heavy four-wheeling. Ten Factory front axles are intended to be a direct replacement, high strength upgrade for the factory Rubicon axles. Thicker tubing and improved end forgings, the two weak spots on the factory gear, ensure that these axles will not bend or crack when pushing your Jeep out on the trail.

10 Year Warranty. Made from 3430 chromoly, the Ten Factory axles are heat treated and finished with a black oxide protective coating. Heavy duty 5-760X U-joints connect the yoke to the axle and are much better suited for off-road duty versus the OEM versions. Backed by a 10 year replacement warranty, Ten Factory is confident these axles are built tough.

Moderate Skill Required. Replacing the factory axle shafts with a set of Ten Factory front axles can certainly be done at home but does require a moderate level of expertise. Expect a time of 2-3 hours in order to get them swapped in.
