Description
Heavy Duty Steering Upgrade. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Steering Kit with Stabilizer Clamp enhances the steering system by replacing stock components with stronger, more durable parts designed to improve steering feel, stiffness, and reliability. Ideal for off-road and lifted Jeep JK Wranglers, this kit eliminates unwanted drag link and tie rod movement for a more direct steering response.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features drag links constructed from 1.5 inch DOM tubing and tie rods made of heat-treated 4130 Chromoly, providing exceptional strength�over 200 percent greater than stock. Components are finished with an abrasion-resistant powder coat for superior corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environments.
Installation. The kit is designed as a direct bolt-in replacement with 100 percent bolt-on components, allowing for a straightforward installation using basic hand tools without the need for drilling or fabrication. A drag link flip adapter is included to facilitate the optional high steer setup.
Application. Fits 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK with considerations: drag link suitable for up to 3-inch lifts in stock position; higher lifts require high steer configuration with a track bar relocation bracket. Compatible with right hand drive models and requires specific wheel size and backspacing for tie rod clearance.
