Durable Construction. The Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End comes with components manufactured from 2 types of steel. The bearing housing is forged from 1018-steel for better bearing response, while the larger stud is constructed from heat-treated 4140-steel, for superior toughness. These two components work together, resulting in the toughest tie rod ends on the market.
Specially Designed Components. Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End components are specially designed to provide you with the best steering feel. The fully greasable metal-on-metal bushing is extremely resistant to wear, while the ball-end of the stud is scored with grease channels for maximum lubrication. Spring-loaded bearings ensure these engage tightly to the stud even as it wears. Finally, Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod Ends feature a tear-resistant boot made from NB-Rubber.
Simple Installation. Installing the Synergy Heavy Duty Left Hand Thread Tie Rod End is a simple procedure. The unit comes complete with all the installation hardware for hassle-free installation. Please note that this tie rod end is for use with Synergy’s 8000-01 & 8000 Drag Link (knuckle side only), and 8002 Tie Rod.
