Highly Durable Drag Link. The Steer Smarts YETI XD Drag Link is engineered to provide the strongest and most reliable steering linkage for your Jeep JL Wrangler and Gladiator JT. It replaces the factory part with a rugged, bolt-on assembly that enhances steering precision and durability for both on- and off-road use.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from medium carbon high hardenability steel and heat treated for exceptional buckling, impact, and fatigue resistance, the drag link features a powder-coated finish over e-coat to withstand harsh conditions. The ball joints use cold-headed steel with induction heat treatment and are sealed for long life, ensuring superior off-road performance and wear resistance.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and basic hand tools. For the No Drill Reverse Taper Mount top mount variant, drilling or altering the factory knuckle is not necessary, simplifying the installation. Other variants may require conventional installation methods.
Warranty. This product includes a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term customer confidence.
Application. Specifically designed to fit all left-hand drive Jeep Wrangler JL models from 2018 through 2026, including Rubicon and Unlimited trims. The No Drill Top Mount draglink requires a minimum 4.5-5 inch lift and is incompatible with OEM 17-inch wheels or those with OEM style offset/backspacing.
