How to Install SMITTYBILT WATER RESISTANT CAB COVER W/ DOOR FLAPS on a Wrangler 2-Door

Installation Time

10 minutes

Tools Required
  • None

Package Includes: 1. 1 cab cover with door flaps

nstallation Instructions: 1. Remove doors and top from Jeep.

2. Unfold the cover. Locate the door flaps to help determine the front and back of the cover (HINT: the door flaps are closer to the front of the cover and there are plastic side body retainers that tuck into the edge that are in the back of the cover – see picture).

3. Hoist the cover over the jeep and position the front of the cover over the windshield.

4. Position the door panels down over the door openings on the jeep, but don't secure the straps onto the Jeep yet.

5. Position the back of the cover over the rear of the Jeep.

6. Where the cover meets the Jeep in the rear, there are plastic side body retainers that tuck into the groove around the edge of the Jeep. Press each one of the retainers into the groove until they are all secure.

7. Locate the two straps in the back of the cover and hook then onto the bottom of the tailgate. Tighten the straps.

8. Locate the two straps at each door and hook them onto the bottom of the Jeep's frame. Tighten the straps.

9. Your cover should be snug and completely cover the cab of your Jeep. If not, make any adjustments needed with the straps and/or the side body retainers to make it snug.
