  • 15mm socket
  • 10mm socket
  • 11mm socket
  • 11mm wrench

Some brake fluid will leak from the brake lines when loosened. It is recommend that you take the proper precautions when working around brake fluid.

Remove all four wheels prior to installation to allow ample working space.

Installation Instructions:

Front brake lines:

1. Locate the brake line fitting


2. Use the 12 mm flare nut wrench to disconnect the brake line fitting


3. Remove the speed sensor connector from bracket. Use the 10mm socket to remove the brake line bracket from the frame. The stock bracket that holds the speed sensor will be reused.


4. Use a 15mm socket, remove the banjo bolt from the caliper


5. The new brake line bracket and the stock bracket that holds the speed sensor to the frame may not match up. You may need to trim the tab off of the speed sensor bracket. 


6. Use the 10mm socket to attach the new bracket and stock speed sensor bracket to the frame


7. Slide the wheel speed sensor cable into the bracket


8. Using the 12mm flare nut wrench, reconnect the top of the brake line to the bracket. Do not over tighten.


9. Add the new copper crush washers (provided in kit) onto either side of the brake line connector. Using the 15mm socket, carefully reattach the bottom end of the brake line to the caliber with the banjo bolt and tighten. 


1. Using a 12 mm flare nut wrench, disconnect the brake line fitting.

Note: if you have a lift that includes extended brake line brackets, you may need to loosen or remove that bracket first to allow the space required to disconnect the brake line fitting. 


2. Using an 11mm socket and wrench, remove the bracket from the frame. 


3. Using the 15mm socket, remove the banjo bolt from the caliper.


4. Add the new copper crush washers (provided in kit) onto either side of the brake hose connector. Using the 15mm socket, carefully reattach the bottom end of the brake line to the caliber with the banjo bolt and tighten. 


5. Using an 11mm socket and wrench, connect the bracket to the frame. Using the 12mm flare nut wrench, reconnect the top of the brake line to the bracket. Do not over tighten.


6. Bleed all four brake lines before reinstalling the wheels.
