A must have with a lift kit!

I recently installed a 4” lift on my TJ and noticed how far my alignment was out from the lift. So I order the new pitman arm and it basically put the alignment back to its original setting. The Jeep drives so much better since I installed the arm. Be prepared to go to battle removing the original pitman arm. Need good penetrant oil, pitman arm puller and a big hammer! Great product and fit!

      It helps!

It helped with that "bump steering" issue. On a tj with 3" lift. One thing to note tho is that even with aligning it the same as the old one, we had to reclock the steering wheel. Not a big deal, but plan on possibly having to do that.

      Necessary for 4" lift.

Solid construction. When installed it brought everything back into line as before the 4" lift.

      Drop Pittman arm

Make sure to get the pitt, man arm puller(rent it). Mark the location with a paint marker to make sure you line the new one up.

      Works great

Had the alignment guy put the pitman arm in while he was doing the alignment after we lifted our 1999 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Our lift is a rough country 4"lift and everything is running great. No problems. No wobbles. No vibrations, great products.

Always be "armed" but not dangerous......

Purchased this to round out my recent lift kit install. Though kit didn't say it was required it just made sense. Easy install ( make sure you have a pitman arm puller!) and it returned the geometry to stock angles. A MUST HAVE.

Easy in kind of easy out

Had a little trouble pulling the old one off. Tightened the pitman arm puller and heated up the old arm, then smacked it once with a hammer. The old one shot of like a rocket. After that, easy install and put my steering at a better angle.
