      Quality Overhaul. Meeting OEM specifications, this Ring and Pinion Gear with Master Overhaul Kits is useful for increasing your efficiency on and off the road. The master overhaul kits include high quality Timken bearings along with National seals for an upgrade you can trust. Complete with gear marking compound and Loctite for the gear bolts, you know your JK Non-Rubicon will perform well with this 5.13 gear ratio installed.

      Superior Construction. To ensure these gears last through plenty of wear and tear, they are made of heavy duty 8620 steel and precision heat treated for high quality durability. Backed by an industry leading 2-year warranty, these Revolution Gears deliver smooth running longevity due to their double and sometimes triple lapped design. It's highly recommended to have an experienced shop complete this installation as the upgrade can be quite overwhelming to some.

        5.13 Dana 30/44

        35X12.50x17 Automatic 3.8L increase highway 1-2mpg City 1mpg with 87 octane. So much more pep in take off. Greatly reduced down shifting on highway travel through mountains. Barely notice smaller trailers. Do not regret at all.

        Wonderful kit

        This kit contained everything to get the job done the only extra part I bought where axle seals. Everything was included and the suggested shin spacing on the sheets in the box made the job almost effortless. Could not be happier not could the Jeep. Best mod I have spent money on to date.

        3 2007 Wrangler - Corey Installation Time: Afternoon

        JK GEAR CHANGE OUT

        The product is amazing! The only thing that I was frustrated about was that the kit didn't come with the torque specs on all bolts and nuts. Also specific installation procedures regarding shims, bearings and seal removal and installation. I got everything nearly taken apart and realized I needed special tools that I didn't have for the bearing races and seal. I specifically asked if there was any special tools that I needed and if it came with detailed instructions when I ordered it and I was told yes by the salesman!

      Hi I have a 2010 jeep 4 door and was wondering if I would need to replace my carrier in my dana 30 front to install these gears?

      • If you have a 3.21s gear ratio from the factory you will need a new front carrier in your Dana 30 to install the Revolution Gear & Axle 5.13 Gear & Master Overhaul Kit. If you have a factory gear ratio of 3.73s or higher you will not need a new carrier.

      This is confusing. Your YouTube video and the description says it goes with 2018 non rubicon JL But when I put my vehicle in it says its not compatible. Does this fit 2018 JL non rubicon or not?

      Do you sell a kit like this for TJ, 30 and 44 axles with thick ring gear on 44 to reuse the factory limited slip? Do you sell TJ kit (5.13) if rear carrier was replaced? Thanks George

      • Thank you for your question George! Due to the numerous different axle combinations for the TJs and carrier options we do not offer an overhaul set like this. We do offer 5.13s for the TJs though, under the "1997-2006 Wrangler Ring & Pinion Gears" of our website!
