This gear and pinion kit was designed for compatibility with larger diameter tires. Take to the road in confidence with this kit installed in your Jeep.
Heavy-Duty Construction. The manufacturer uses heavy-duty, 8620 steel material and precision engineering to make this gear and pinion so that you’ll benefit from long-lasting performance value and a perfect fitment. A heat treatment is used on the gear and pinion that has a smooth black finish to enhance its durability. The pinion spline count is 26 and there is a 4.88 ratio of the drive shaft rotation to 1-wheel revolution.
Basic Installation. You can complete the simple-moderate installation of this kit in approximately 6 hours with basic hand tools and general mechanical knowledge.
Two-Year Warranty. You will receive a limited 2-year warranty covering structural defects in this ring gear and pinion kit. Check the warranty details to ascertain specific limitations that may apply.
