Hey, guys, today I'm here with the RedRock 4x4 Avenger grille in matte black fitting all 2007 to 20018 JK Wranglers. This will be a very easy mod in order to achieve a very aggressive look to the front end of your Wrangler, and that's why angry grilles are so popular on the market today. This will even be a great replacement grille if you've busted your grille up on the trail and you're just looking to upgrade it with some more aggressive styling. At the moment this will be your most affordable option for an angry grille or a replacement grille on the site right now at about $120. Other more expensive options on the site will have different designs and may be a little bit more intricate and also come with other components like built-in light bars. So I personally think that this is a very easy and affordable way to achieve that aggressive look to the front end of your Wrangler. Install is gonna be a very easy one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter and will take you a total of 15 minutes to achieve, so speaking of the install let's jump into that now.So the first step in replacing our grille is to open up our hood. So after our hood's open we need to remove these six pop clips that are holding in our grille. I'm gonna use a flathead screwdriver to do this. You can use that or a trim removal tool. A flathead is a little bit easier with this style pop clip, just be careful that you're not scratching your paint. Next we can disconnect our turn signals. Now you need to pull this red clip forward in order to unclip them, there you go. Now you can do the same to the other side. Now we're ready to pop our grille off. All you have to do is apply a little bit of pressure. You may need to wedge these middle ones out, you can just use a flathead screwdriver. Be careful of your air temperature sensor that is right behind the grille. You can pull that off.So before we actually attach our grille to our Jeep we wanna swap over our turn signals and add our new retainer clips onto our new grille. So all you need is a flathead for this, just have to bend in the clips holding your turn signal in. And it should actually just push right out the bottom like that. So now we can head over to our new grille and pop that in. So these will be side specific. So you can't really mess it up. And they'll just pop in like that. Cool. Now we can put on our retainer clips, there are going to be six in total. So one goes on the turn signal housing and then you're gonna have two on either side underneath our slots. So now we can mount up our grille. We have a winch here so it will take a little bit of finagling to get that grille down there. And again be careful of your ambient air temperature air sensor. So as soon as you wiggle that around the air temperature sensor. Perfect. Now we can reinstall our six pop clips. So our new grille will also come with some new weatherstripping. So our next step is to attach that by removing the 3M tape and lining up the holes in the weatherstrip with our grille. Once that is lined up we can take the plastic screws and a Phillips head screwdriver and we can screw those into our grille. And that's just going to hold that there. We can do that same thing on the other side. After those are in all you have to do yet is plug in your turn signals. So our last step is to close our hood.So that wraps it up for my review and install. If you have a '07 to '18 JK Wrangler and you're looking for a very aggressive front end look, you can check out the RedRock Avenger grille right here at extremeterrain.com.
