Description
Get Great Steering Power. When you want more steering power for your Jeep Wrangler JK, this PSC Motorsports BIG BORE XD Steering Gearbox is the solution. This replacement steering gearbox is designed to accommodate larger tire sizes, larger axles, and locking differentials without sacrificing performance. Having this a bigger sector shaft output of 45mm installed will enable your Jeep to handle the extra torque output.
Heavy-Duty Capabilities. This steering gearbox carries a bigger 80mm piston assembly and can produce up to 35% more turning force for your Wrangler. Thus, turning larger tires of up to 37-inch size will be a breeze with this assembly. The gearbox is also made from a heavy-duty case with some more added materials for a sturdier base. The mounting areas have been beefed up significantly to handle all the demands of increased steering force.
Bolt-On Installation. Installing this BIG BORE XD Steering Gearbox to your Wrangler involves a direct, bolt-on process. This means that the assembly is designed to the exact specifications of your vehicle and will not require complicated modifications. But, some aftermarket additions may need minor adjustments.
Installation Note. This gearbox is bigger than stock gearboxes and may interfere with some aftermarket track bars. Some clearance issues may arise with hemi engine conversions or LS3 conversion.
Covered With 1-Year Limited Warranty. This BIG BORE XD Steering Gearbox has a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty. Limitations apply to this warranty and it can only cover defects in materials and workmanship. Products with signs of misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation, or failures caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts are not covered.
