Aftermarket long arm rear suspensions reposition the location of the rear lower control arm mounting brackets at the frame. This may interfere with weld-on frame mounted rocker guards. Our MB1258 Frame Mounted Rocker Guards for Long Travel Suspensions is designed to help solve this issue.
Our kit includes a pair of expertly crafted & fully welded rocker guards with the rear most frame mounting connections removed. We supply loose tubes, plates & gussets so you can fit, weld & install your rear frame mounting connections around many aftermarket long arm suspension brackets with relative ease. The tube slider portion of the JKU/JLU frame mounted rocker guards is 2” DOM steel tubing. The end caps and and center bracing are fabricated like the frame mounts from heavy duty 3/16” thick laser cut and formed steel plate
