This Husky Rear Cargo Liner is for those of you that have a 2011 and up two-door JK, and are looking to add protection to the rear cargo area of your Jeep, as well as a mat that's going to help the stuff from sliding around, because this is going to be, of course, a rubberized material instead of the factory carpeting. The rear cargo area of your Jeep is often an area that you'll throw whatever you need to transport, and sometimes that's not going to be the cleanest or the neatest area of your vehicle. So by adding a cargo liner like this, you're going to help protect your carpeting. And, any dirt, gunk, whatever that gets on this cargo liner, you can very easily remove it from the Jeep, hose it out, brush it off, let it dry, put it back in, and it'll look good as new again. So, this is going to offer some really nice protection. Husky also makes these very specifically for your year and your body style JK, so this is going to fit very, very well. And, like all of the top floor liners on the market, this is going to have a nice, tall, 2-1/2 inch lip all around. So, even if you get some moisture, some water, some melting snow, whatever it might be on this liner, it's going to stay contained on the liner, and not just roll off on to your car. This rear cargo liner is made of a rubberized material that has a bit of this diamond plate pattern on it, and that's really just to give the liner a little bit more tooth, allow any item that you set on it to stick a little bit better to the liner instead of sliding around. And that's also why Husky recommends that you clean this with a non-slick product, so don't put anything like Armor All on here, because it will make it really slippery. Use any other type of general-purpose cleaner that isn't going to add a shine in order to keep that grip. This is designed for those of you that have a sub or do not have a sub in your Jeep. And if you do have a sub in that rear cargo compartment, you might have to do a little bit of trimming to this cargo mat. As you can see we did cut that section out for one of our vehicles. You can also do a little bit of trimming for the anchor points, it gets all the anchor points in the rear cargo area. In each of these squares here, you'll make the cut, and that's going to give you the ability to still tie everything down in your Jeep, so get to all of those tie-down points, even with the cargo mat in place. The install of this liner is going to be very, very simple, one out of three wrenches, even though you do have to do a little bit of trimming. Whether or not you have a sub, you are going to want to do the trimming around these tie-down points here, and up in this area where the cargo mat goes up against the rear seat, and you can just use a sharp razor knife, an X-Acto knife, even get a pair of scissors if you want to get creative, in order to get those out. If you do have a sub, you're also going to make this additional cut that we made in the corner here, and there are some pretty clear instructions that Husky provides you with exactly where to make all those cuts. Once the cuts are done, it's really just a matter of setting this into the back of your Jeep, and you're done. This rear cargo liner is going to run you right around $90, and that does seem to be the going price for a rear cargo liner that is fit specifically for your year range and body style Jeep. Of course you can always go and get a universal fit liner, it's not going to have the same size, it's not going to fit as well, you won't get the same coverage, probably be a little bit lower quality for a little bit less money. But for something that fits and is as high quality as this one is, I do think $90 is a fair price. So if you're looking for a high-quality rear cargo liner for your JK, I would definitely recommend taking a look at this one from Husky, and you can find it right here at extremeterrain.com.

perfect for no carpet
This is perfect if you want to remove the rear carpet, it covers up the exposed areas and will protect the Tub. the cut outs for the rear seats are a little tricky to get perfect as they are not perforated but overall a nice product.Helpful (0)

Husky Classic Cargo Liner made my Spouse Happy!
Lori loves her Jeep 75 Anniversary Edition Sahara 2 door Wrangler! However, keeping it clean continues to be a difficulty, especially the black interior! That is until I recently installed the black Husky Classic Cargo Liner. It certainly took less than an hour to cut out the well marked openings for the rear seat and D-rings and install. It fits perfectly and looks great! She's convinced that she now has more space and she doesn’t worry as much about what she packs! It cleans up easily, always looks great and is worth more than it cost. I would buy it again and recommend it to all!Helpful (0)

Good looking mat. Hopefully after it warms up it will lay a little more flat but other than that it’s a great way to protect your Jeep. Completely fits under seat with cut outs for seat attachments and cargo loop. Overall very happy with mat.Helpful (4)

Not a good purchase for what it is designed for
It is shipped rolled up in a 7 inch box and never flattens back out. The side are well formed but the front edge is too weak to support itself and does not retain any shape and will not hold water. Would never purchase it again.Helpful (4)

Good bang for the buck
The mat fits well in the back of my 2 door JK with no backseats. I like the lip on the edge to prevent spillage of anything. We noticed that stuff doesn’t really move or slide around on the mat which is pretty sweet too.Helpful (6)

not that simple
I had to remove my back seats to install. it was not explained anywhere on the website or even in the box. Also after you need to cut the rubber in order to put back the back seats.this part is explained. the rubber is easy to cut but it's hard to have clean "cuts". even with the recess, tit's hard to really follow the contours and have a super clean cut. When it's installed, it looks okay. it's a good basic I guess. The borders are actually really good to keep the dust, snow, mud on the Liner and not going outside of the liner.Helpful (8)

it showed up rolled up an i think that messed with the fitting. It didn't conform to well with my jeep.Helpful (5)
I have a 2016 JKU with a factory subwoofer in the floor. I have read that you can install the mat over the subwoofer and it won't interfere with the sound. Is this true or do I need to cut a hole in the mat for the subwoofer?
The Husky Rear Cargo Liner (11-17 Wrangler JK 4 Door) would require cutting for the subwoofer. I a utility knife would do for cutting the subwoofer portion of the liner.
It's hard to tell from the photos. Does the cargo liner extend under the rear bench? Meaning do I need to buy rear floor liners or does this cover that area as well?
You will need to purchase rear floor mats as well with the Husky Rear Cargo Liner.
To put this in would I have to take my seats out or just push the back seats up?
Are the cutouts for the rear seat there or do you have to cut them yourself? (I'm not good at the cutting)
You will have to cut out the openings but they are clearly embossed on the mat.
Hi, can this mat be trimmed to fit on 07 model?
We cannot guarantee fitment with the Husky Rear Cargo Liner for the 2011-18 model Wranglers with the 2007, due to the interior changes between the years it may be a lot of modification. We do offer the version for your 2007 model item number J100835 here: https://www.extremeterrain.com/husky-rear-cargo-liner-jk-20531.html.
I would recommend using a utility knife to cut out the excess liner cut out.
Thank you for your question! There is a piece on this designated to be cut off if you have a floor mounted sub-woofer.
