Hi i need two FOX 2.0 Performance Series Reservoir Adjustable Front Shock for 1.5-3.5 in. Lift (07-17 Wrangler JK) and two FOX 2.0 Performance Series Reservoir Adjustable rear Shock for 1.5-3.5 in. Lift (07-17 Wrangler JK) Is it compatible with 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Sport Utility 2-Door 3.6L 3604CC 220Cu. In. V6 GAS??

Hayk

  • Yes, these are compatible with you 2013 Rubicon as long as you have 1.5 to 3.5 inches of lift. Your stock Rubicon from the factory has a little stiffer rated coils, which allows it to sit only about a 0.5" higher than other model JK Wranglers. If you still have a factory ride height, stick with the shocks that are rated for 0-1 or 2 inches of lift.

I expected more for the price

I am a very disappointed in the performance gain with these shocks. I bought a set of four to replace a worn out set of inferior brand shocks and I could barely tell the difference after installing these. Maybe if I was flying across the desert at 80mph I would be able to tell more, but for street driving I still feel the hard bumps in the road. The only positive thing I can honestly say is they look cool. Negative thing, not worth the money!

    Best on the market

If you are looking for a better smoother ride or better performance on the trails don't hesitate to purchase these shocks. Not only do they look great but they far exceeded my expectations in performance. The adjustability is a great feature. Wether you want a smoother ride or a More ridgid ride for the trails these are the ones for you. I installed these on my 2015 JKU and installed easily with no special tools needed just remove your old one and install the new. It's that easy!

Review from FOX 2.0 Performance Series Reservoir Adjustable Front Shock for 1.5-3.5 in. Lift (07-17 Wrangler JK)

An improvement for my son's DD

This is part of an overall suspension upgrade to my son's 2008 JK. It was combined with a Metal Cloak Dual Rate coil 2.5" lift and normally driven with 32" stock tires/wheels. I wanted a shock that provided safety/control on road and off road (no compromise). This looked like a high but reasonable price compared to some other options. All of the driving has been on roads (~200 miles) since they were installed. The ride is much improved, steering is more responsive, walking is significantly reduced, sway during turning is improved and when the shocks are on soft it is comparable to my Denali at high speeds on the highway. I was planning on replacing the sway bars to improve turning response, but I may not need to do that now. My only concerns are (i) there is not a cover for the top of the external reservoir and (ii) the space between the cylinders when using the bracket fits the brake line. It looks like it will be a pain to adjust the diffuser after its coated in mud (an OEM cover would be nice). I may take the provided bracket off to ensure my brake line does not get in between the shock and reservoir cylinders. I have not run other adjustable shocks, but I am satisfied with these because I can tell the vehicle is safer. My son is happy with it because it looks "cool".
