Construction and Appearance. Crafted from CNC precision laser-cut and bent steel, the kit features a unique peaked truss design with dimpled holes to optimize rigidity while reducing weight. It is engineered using 3D modeling based on Dana Corp and OEM specifications to contour precisely to the cast steel differential and axle disconnect areas. Some grinding and adjustment may be necessary to accommodate axle casting variations, ensuring a reliable fit without overstatement of precision.

Installation. Installation requires general welding and fabrication skills, including welding to cast components; no drilling is necessary. The kit is designed for a hassle-free fit with simplified welding points, reducing welding time by approximately 70% compared to previous designs, which helps minimize warping and lowers installation costs.

Application. This kit fits 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler JL and Jeep Gladiator JT Rubicon and MaxTow models equipped with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) axles. It does not fit Extreme Recon or Mojave Gladiator models without modification and is not compatible with newer 05 axle castings or non-OEM axles. Vehicles with minor suspension lifts and bump stop extensions are supported.
