The Apex Chassis 2.5-Ton Steering Kit with Flip Kit for 3.50+ Inch Lift is designed to replace the entire front steering system on Jeep Wrangler JK models from 2007 to 2018. This kit delivers increased strength, durability, and reliable steering performance for lifted Jeeps, ensuring accurate steering response under demanding off-road conditions. The design prevents common issues like tie rod rotation and jam nut loosening.

Construction and Appearance. Made from SAE 1045 forged solid carbon steel housing and SAE 4140 forged Chromoly ball studs, this kit is engineered for heavy-duty applications. CNC machining guarantees precise fit and dimensional accuracy. Components are finished with a durable e-coat, and CR rubber accordion boots protect moving parts from dirt and wear. The black steel gives a rugged, functional look suited for off-road vehicles.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill. The kit is available in both standard under knuckle mounts and over knuckle flip kits, the latter requiring the knuckle drag link mount to be drilled to 7/8" to install the included taper sleeve. Clear instructions are provided, and use of proper tools such as jam nut wrenches is recommended.

Warranty. This kit includes a lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects and premature wear or breakage while the original purchaser owns the vehicle and the product is properly registered within 90 days.

Application. Specifically designed for 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models. Compatible with stock Dana 30/44 axles. Dana 60 compatibility requires modification. Suitable for lifts over 3.5 inches when using the flip kit option.
