Specs. Made by Alloy USA, this rear axle shaft is created from 4140 Chromoly steel alloy and mates to the Dana 35 axle. Heat treated twice to toughen its structure, the metal making up this component can withstand high levels of torque, stress, or sudden shocks. Overall, it outperforms a factory fitted 1040 steel axle by 35 percent. Thick and well engineered, this axle shaft features cold rolled splines that are more reliable than cut splines. It is designed for use with Wranglers equipped with ABS and is protected by a 10 year limited manufacturer's warranty as well.

Application. This axle fits 1990 - 1992 YJ Wranglers with the Dana 35 rear axle and ABS.
