    Description

Engineering. This axle shaft by Alloy USA achieves 40% more strength through a combination of materials technology, manufacturing, and careful spline engineering. This part is made from chrome-nickel alloy steel (4340) and is heat-treated and induction hardened, then scanned for defects with magnaflux. Spline counts are raised (for example, from 27 to 30 spline count, or 30 to 35) and these features are made with cold rolling for extra toughness and lessened internal cracking. This product is protected by a 10 year limited warranty.

Application. Fits 1987-1995 YJ Wranglers, Non-Rubicon models. Note: Requires aftermarket 30 spline differential
