Specs. This Alloy USA front axle kit for the Dana 30 axle is made from heat treated 4340 Chromoly. The Chromoly is then induction hardened to strengthen them up to 40 percent stronger than the OE axles. The shafts are CNC machined for precision and then inspected via magnaflux. They are then given a black anodized finish. These axles are 37.5 inches long and has 27 splines on both inner and outer shafts. The disconnect plate eliminates the vacuum motor that engages and disengages 4WD. If you plan on locking your YJ into 4WD permanently, this kit is for you. Alloy USA backs this kit with their ten year warranty.
