Description
Specs. These sturdy aftermarket front axle shafts by Alloy USA are burly enough to handle the weight and power of a 2003 to 2006 TJ Wrangler Rubicon with a Dana 44 front axle. Fashioned from high tensile strength 4340 Chromoly alloy, the axles withstand stresses and recover from torsion with 30 percent to 40 percent greater effectiveness than ordinary 1040 axles. These components are tempered and induction hardened for maximum strength, then inspected with magniflux to ensure there are no hidden cracks from the manufacturing process. They offer full support to both large aftermarket tires and to highly demanding use such as rock crawling and wheeling through extremely difficult terrain. A black anodized finish prevents rust, corrosion, and scratching.
Application. This kit fits 2003 - 2006 TJ Wrangler Rubicon with the Dana 44 front axle.
