      Description

      High-Performance Skid Plate. The AEV Dana 44 Front Differential Skid Plate is engineered to protect the front differential on Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT vehicles. It enables confident off-road driving by preventing damage to critical differential components when encountering rough terrain and obstacles.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from 4mm thick stamped steel, this skid plate balances strength with weight considerations. The precision stamping ensures a perfect fit around the differential housing, while the e-coating finish offers excellent corrosion resistance for long-lasting durability in harsh environments.

      Installation. The skid plate features an easy installation process with no drilling required, typically completed within one hour. Installation guides are available to assist with the process.

      Application. This skid plate fits 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler JL models equipped with the Dana 44 front differential. For vehicles with the 3.0L EcoDiesel engine, a suspension system featuring at least a 1-inch bump stop extension is recommended to maintain adequate clearance for the oil pan.
