Design. Plastic gets old and brittle. Steel does not. That's the idea behind the Tuffy Series II Full Security Console; Black. It combines the strength of 16-gauge steel, with the proven design of Tuffy's Pry-Guard II locking mechanism.

Storage Benefits. As you would expect, this full length center console features front cutouts for levers and the airbag switch. There's also 2 oversized cup holders with rubber tabs to keep your fizzy beverages in place. But the key feature of this rugged console is the security of its steel construction. The Pry-Guard II latching system uses a quarter-inch steel mechanism that allows the drawer to open and close without the key. A half-inch, solid steel striker pin is welded in place to ensure security, and the 10-tumbler, anti-twist lock resists picking and prying better than anything else on the market.
