Description
Advance Your Handling Performance. If you’re looking to advance your stock to 1.50-inch lifted Wrangler JL handling performance then you need these Teraflex Falcon SP2 3.1 Piggyback Front and Rear Shocks for 0 to 1.50-Inch Lift. These front and rear shocks utilize a monotube gas-charged configuration combined with piggyback reservoirs. This configuration is designed to deliver a faster damping response that’s less likely to fade. This in turn gives you more accurate handling on the trails and a firm but smooth ride quality on the highway. These factors make these shocks ideal for daily driven Jeeps that also spend time on the trails.
Cutting-Edge Mode Adjust Technology. These front and rear shocks also utilize cutting-edge proprietary Mode Adjust technology. This technology allows you to modify the shocks’ damping feel with a twist of the piston rods. In particular, twist the rods clockwise and get a softer ride quality that’s closer to stock. Conversely, a counterclockwise turn gives them a stiff, sportier feel. These factors enable you to get damping performance that’s customized to the terrain you’re on.
Wear-Resistant Build Quality. These front and rear dampers utilize shock bodies machined from premium 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, offering superior strength and exceptional heat dissipation without getting excessively heavy. Additionally, these shocks utilize 0.75-inch piston rods machine-formed from chrome-hardened alloy, giving them the durability to take on the trails. Meanwhile, included metal roost guards add another layer of protection to the rear shocks’ piston rods when driving off-road. Finally, these shocks receive a gray hard anodized finish for maximum corrosion protection.
Trouble-Free Install Procedure. These front and rear shocks utilize factory shock locations on your Jeep as their mounting areas. No extra drilling or other modifications are necessary although you may have to trim a small section of the fender liners to achieve a correct fit. Also, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete and all necessary hardware is included for a hassle-free procedure.
