This shock absorber is specifically designed using Rancho’s advanced suspension technology that maintains your JL’s powerful performance, quality handling, and all-terrain comfort.
Enhanced Control and Stability. Rancho’s Progressive Engagement Valving reduces harsh initial impacts of potholes and bumps by regulating the flow of fluid in a progressive, gradual manner through the valving. In addition, the Tuned Compression Control Valve controls fluid transfer during the shock’s compression cycle to help absorb impacts and to help maintain vehicle control in varying driving environments.
Long-Lasting Quality. Each RS5000X Extended Travel Shock Assembly uses a 2.25-inch twin-tube shock body for efficient heat dissipation, especially during rigorous activities. With the nitro-carburized rod, 1.375-inch sintered iron piston, and low-friction, self-lubricating seal, this shock is durably built for long-lasting performance. Additionally, it is furnished with reinforced natural rubber bushings for impressive vibration damping. Moreover, the bright white painted finish and red boot bring a captivating look to your Jeep’s suspension system.
Straightforward Installation. This RS5000X Shock Absorber is designed as a direct-fit upgrade and requires no modifications to your vehicle. An alignment by a qualified shop is highly recommended after installation.
Lifetime Warranty. Rancho offers a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of this RS5000X Rear Shock. Damages due to improper installation, abuse, unauthorized repairs, or alteration are not covered by this warranty. Please check the full warranty policy for complete details.
