Description

This upgrade improves stopping power, particularly important for lifted Jeeps with tires ranging from 33 to 42 inches and for heavily equipped overland vehicles.
Construction and Appearance. The system features high-modulus four-piston calipers constructed with heat-treated 4140 cast steel bridges combined with 6061-T6 forged aluminum housings, providing superior stiffness and resistance to bending. The rotors are massive 14 inches by 1.25 inches, vented, and heat-treated heavy cast iron with corrosion-resistant GEOMET coating on non-friction surfaces. The components are coated for durability, including hard-chrome coated pistons and anodized piston bores, offering a rugged and professional finish.
Installation. Installation requires approximately four hours and involves a 100% bolt-on procedure using basic hand tools. No drilling is necessary. Installation by a certified mechanic is recommended to ensure proper fit and function.
Warranty. This brake system comes with a three-year warranty covering calipers.
