Featuring a 5x5 bolt pattern, this kit significantly improves your braking performance over factory brake systems. Balanced and tuned specifically for lifted vehicles, the brake bias and piston sizes are optimized for Jeep products.
Quality Calipers. Featuring high modulus brake calipers with 2-Inch pistons, a PEDM synthetic boot material keeps water and contaminants away from the piston. A hard-chrome coating on the piston reduces friction and helps improve overall performance. With heat-treated 4140 cast steel bridges and 6061-T6 forged aluminum piston housings, the steel bridges resist bending for a long-lasting performance. Boasting 300,000 psi steel formed hardware, this quality caliper provides improved stiffness with consistent brake feel and modulation during braking and release.
Radical Rotors. This big brake kit comes with massive 14 Inch x 1.25 Inch vented rotors for superior stopping. This heat-treated and heavy cast iron manufacturing ensures better heat absorption for a durable performance. Mill-balanced, slotted and vented for maximum heat dissipation, these rotors showcase a GEOMET coating that resists corrosion.
Durable Brake Pads. Featuring semi-metallic, composite-resin pads, you’ll get reduced noise and dust as well as an increased pad life. In addition, these pads ensure maximum initial speed scrub for a flawless performance. For easy installation, this drop-in pad design is easy to replace and requires no disassembling of the calipers.
Installation. This moderate to professional install requires some mechanical knowledge and can be completed in 2 hours with common garage tools and a hoist or jack.
Warranty. The manufacturer stands behind this product with a 3-year limited warranty. Any defect found in the materials or workmanship of any element of this big brake kit will be replaced in full.
