Improved Braking. The Teraflex Delta Front Big Brake Kit; 8x6.50 Bolt Pattern is designed specifically for lifted vehicles. Guaranteed to significantly improve your Jeep’s braking performance over factory brake systems, this high impact kit is second to none when it comes to quality and efficiency braking.
Improved Stiffness. Engineered with precision excellence, this kit showcases high modulus calipers with 2-inch pistons. Heat-treated 4140 cast steel bridges with 6061-T6 forged aluminum piston housings support and ensure the steel bridges won’t bend. In addition, a PEDM synthetic boot material keeps water and contaminants away from the piston while a hard chrome coating on the piston reduces friction. Featuring 300 psi steel formed hardware, these calipers improve stiffness with consistent brake feel and modulation.
High Impact Rotors. Crafted from a heat-treated, heavy cast iron material, these massive 14 Inch x 1.25 Inch vented rotors are built for better heat absorption. Mill-balanced, slotted, and vented for maximum heat dissipation, a GEOMET coating ensures these rotors will stand up to rust and corrosion.
Quality Brake Pads. Engineered to increase pad life while reducing noise and dust, these brake pads are built from a proprietary composite-resin and semi-metallic material. Featuring a drop-in pad design that requires no caliper disassemble, these quality brake pads are sure to get the job done.
Installation. This moderate or professional big brake kit install comes with durable hardware and can be completed in 2 hours. Common garage tools and a lift or hoist are required for a successful completion.
Warranty. Any manufacturing flaw or imperfection found in the materials or craftsmanship of any component in this kit will be replaced in full with a 3-year limited warranty.
