Description
High Performance. The Teraflex Front 8-Lug Locking Hub Conversion Kit w/ Performance Rotors is a solid choice when looking to upgrade your Jeep's Dana 30 or Dana 44 front axle. By increasing the distance between the inner and outer wheel bearings, you will simultaneously be reducing the bearing load and putting less strain on the drivetrain. Other benefits of this kit include shorter braking distances as a result of improved stopping and wheel speed sensor protection.
Strategic Design. The proprietary TeraFlex hub design seals the OEM wheel speed sensors from mud, rocks, and other trail hazards to ensure constant data transmission to maintain all proper ABS and ESP functions. The full-float design make way for increased wheel bearing spacing too. These highly durable hubs incorporate high surface area and setting them in the unlocked position makes them perfect for flat towing.
Quality Construction. The bearings in this kit ride on a forged 4140 chromoly spindle that incorporates an 8x6.5-inch wheel bolt pattern to allow for use of one-ton Dana 60 components. The SlimLock hub kit features forged 4340 chromoly 35-spline stub shafts for a high-strength and durable construction you and your Jeep can count on.
Professional Installation. With multiple parts involved, this performance rotor conversion kit will take approximately four hours to install. It requires an expert level of mechanical skill, so it is recommended that you have a professional carry out this installation.
Limited Warranty. TeraFlex warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which they are installed.
