A Stable Drive, Wherever You Go. Are you looking to add more balance and stability to your Jeep Wrangler's steering mechanism? If so, you should install a Teraflex Falcon Nexus EF 2.2 Adjustable Steering Stabilizer. This Stabilizer lets you enjoy a properly weighted steering feel by creating equal forces on both sides, resulting in a controlled steering response that allows for balanced return to center equilibrium.

Three Position Adjustable. Teraflex specifically engineered their Falcon Nexus EF 2.2 Steering Stabilizer to be adjustable with three settings to choose from. With just the twist of a knob you can set the steering stabilizer to meet your driving needs from soft, medium, or firm.

Built to Last. Teraflex manufactures their stabilizer bodies using 2.125" 6061-T6 aluminum rod that has been hard anodized to increase their strength, corrosion resistance, and heat dissipation. With a 5/8" hard chrome plated heat treated alloy steel piston shaft, this nitrogen charged mono-tube stabilizer allows equal force, side-to-side resistance for consistent steering wheel response. Falcon Stabilizers feature Red Line full synthetic shock oil with a high viscosity index of 519 for consistent performance across all temperatures to reduce fade. The proprietary synthetic formula also contains special anti-wear and lubricity agents that produce excellent thermal stability.

Bolt-on Installation. This Teraflex Falcon Nexus EF 2.2 Adjustable Steering Stabilizer was engineered to be an easy bolt-on installation for your Jeep JK with no modifications required. Please note that this adjuster is designed for use with the stock 1-3/8" Tie Rod only.

3 Year Warranty. TeraFlex Inc. warrants TeraFlex products to the original retail purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 Years from the original date of purchase. Some exclusions may apply, please see manufacturer warranty for full details.

Application. This Teraflex Falcon Nexus EF 2.2 Adjustable Steering Stabilizer is compatible with 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models with the stock 1-3/8" Tie Rod.

        Teraflex 2.2 steering stabilizer

Death wobble is gone after I installed. Easy install, took about an hour. Hardest part was prying the stock bracket off

5 2007 Wrangler - RobW Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour

Prior replacement was just a hair better than the stock shock and cheap but did not last long as a small dent lowered its life. The best part of the Falcon is it relocated the shock so it is not in harms way of rock damage. Could have gone with less expensive Fslcon shock but wanted the adjustment just in case with the future lift. My Jeep has not been lifted yet which does take some time to make sure the shock does not rub between the track bar and drag link when turned all the way to the driver side.

5 2016 Rubicon - Diablo Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour

        Worth the $$.

Easy install after you remove the stock tie rod bracket, that was by far the hardest part. If doing this yourself be prepared to use the following tools: -Prybar -Hammer -Huge plumbing wrench -Elbow grease and a big set of cohones The new mount uses the track bar mount/bolt and relocates the stabilizer higher than stock so it keeps it out of harm's way from rocks and debris. The soft setting feels close to stock but not as wiggly. This is probably my wife's favorite setting. Medium is perfect for me, nice and stiff but still gives you decent return to center. My wife claims medium gave her an arm workout...LOL I'm avoiding using firm as I heard it can prematurely wear the steering components and frankly I think it would be too firm for everyday use. Overall a great upgrade to the steering and handling of Jeep, especially noticable of the freeway when you hit bumps and ruts. No more bump steer or constant steering corrections.

        Some improvement

Found some improvement but it still doesn’t handle as good as my 06 Ford F-250, which surprises me.

5 2016 Wrangler - JD Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour

        Best of the best

Upgraded from the Nexus 2.1 to the adjustable. World of difference especially on the long freeway trips and strong winds. Simple one turn adjustment and boom no worries. Of all the stabilizers I’ve used over the years for my rigs this is by far the best bang for you’re buck and performance.

5 2017 Wrangler - ShawnW Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour

        Great stabilizer

Started out with a fox stabilizer and it pushed my jeep to the left really hard. Swapped it out for the adjustable Falcon and I am sold. There is a very noticeable difference in soft, medium and firm. Medium seems the best for around town and firm for longer highway. Easy installation as expected from the Teraflex family. Took maybe 30 minutes to install and most of that was getting the factory bracket off the tie rod. I Highly suggest this stabilizer. Great performance for the money!

Can the bracket from the 1-3/8th version be upgraded later to accept the 1-5/8th HD tie rod drag link? Or would I need to buy a new stabilizer with a 1-5/8th sized bracket? Currently running stock but will probably upgrade to HD later.

      • Unfortunately the bracket is not replaceable or adjustable, and a new unit would be required if changing tie rod sizes.
