Description
Tuned for Unsurpassed Off-Road Performance. The TeraFlex 9550 VSS Rear Shock Absorber is specifically designed to deliver the best off-road driving experience while sustaining a smooth highway ride. It has a very rugged but robust built that can stand up to intense trail road abuse. On the other hand, its twin-tube design is made for longer stroke travels.
Fully Functional Design and Features. The TeraFlex Rear Shock Absorber is packed with a wide variety of functions that will keep your vehicle running at its best. It is equipped with a travel stop limiter that will significantly minimize any detrimental effects induced by over compression. It also has a large diameter piston to lower the internal operating temperature. Even better, each shock absorber is made with a velocity valve that is tuned to work well with all TeraFlex suspension systems making this the perfect choice for suspension improvement.
Reliable Internal and External Protection. This rear shock absorber is made with the best materials to protect it from inside and out. The rod is built from an induction-hardened and triple-chromed rod for extra durability and rendered salt and corrosive resistant by its e-dipped finish. Each shock absorber also has an HD shock canister and an outer tube to protect all internal components from physical damages. To top these off, this also comes with an oil block property to keep all fluids sealed and contained inside.
Quick Installation. Each shock absorber is supplied with Jeep-specific mounting ends and reinforced with double-welded eyelets. The mounting ends are securely vulcanized to the rubber end bushing to allow easy installation.
