Description
Rear Axle Upgrade. The 8-Inch E-Locker Fabricated Rear Axle Housing replaces the factory axle housing with a stronger, more durable assembly designed for enhanced off-road performance. It maintains compatibility with all factory components, including axles and differential, while preserving ABS functionality.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from ASTM A36 steel, the housing features a 1/4” thick CNC-formed center section and a 1/2” thick formed faceplate that is machined after welding to ensure a precise, flush fit and prevent leaks. The 3.5” OD DOM axle tubes are secured by an innovative 3-point attachment system, providing superior strength and durability. The housing ships bare, ready for finishing or installation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward for those with mechanical experience, as the housing reuses existing factory components. No drilling is required because the housing comes with factory-width flanges and mounts that fit directly onto the vehicle.
Warranty. This product includes a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.
Application. Specifically designed for 2005–2015 Toyota Tacoma models, ensuring a direct fit without any modifications.
