Ultimate Steering Reinforcement. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Steering Kit with FOX IFP Stabilizer is built for Wrangler JL owners demanding maximum strength and precision in rugged off-road conditions. Designed as a direct bolt-on system, this kit dramatically improves steering response and durability by replacing the factory tie rod and drag link with high-performance components engineered to handle extreme use.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features a CNC-formed 1.5-inch x .250-wall DOM 1026 steel drag link and a 1.5-inch x .188-wall heat-treated 4130 chromoly steel tie rod, both finished in an abrasion-resistant powder-coat. It includes heavy-duty metal-on-metal tie rod ends and Synergy's signature double adjuster sleeve, allowing for easy on-vehicle adjustments. Pinch bolts on both ends eliminate the need for jam nuts, ensuring a secure fit. The included FOX IFP stabilizer adds smooth, controlled damping for high-speed and off-road stability.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and requires only basic hand tools. This system is 100% bolt-on and does not require drilling or cutting. The drag link and tie rod bolt into factory mounts and are compatible with high-steer setups if desired.
Warranty. Synergy offers a limited lifetime warranty on steering components, while the FOX IFP stabilizer is covered by a one-year warranty.
Application. This Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Steering Kit with FOX IFP Stabilizer fits 2018 to 2025 Jeep Wrangler JL models.
