Description
Complete Steering Upgrade. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Steering Kit provides a direct bolt-on replacement for factory steering components, enhancing steering precision, stiffness, and durability. Built to withstand both on-road and off-road conditions, it addresses common factory issues such as bent tie rods and steering wheel re-centering.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features a drag link constructed from heavy-duty 1.50" x .250 wall USA-made DOM tubing and tie rods formed from heat-treated 4130 chromoly for exceptional strength and articulation. The components are finished with a two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coat that ensures corrosion protection and long-lasting durability.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with 100% bolt-on components requiring only basic hand tools and no drilling. The double adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt assembly allow alignment adjustments to be made while the parts remain installed, simplifying the setup process.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 18-26 Jeep Wrangler JL models without modification, this kit maintains compatibility with stock wheels, tires, and knuckles for seamless integration.
