The Synergy Manufacturing Front Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace with sealed roller bearing strengthens critical points in the steering system by supporting the sector shaft and distributing loads on the frame-side track bar bracket. This reinforcement mitigates damage caused by heavy use, such as flex, bracket failure, and premature wear, resulting in improved steering accuracy and system durability.

Superior Build Quality. Constructed from high-strength 1/4" USA-made steel, this brace is laser cut and CNC formed for precision fitment. It features a steel sector shaft bearing block with options for a sealed roller bearing or greaseable Oilite bronze bearing and is finished with a two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coat for enhanced corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.

Installation. Designed for easy fitment with basic hand tools, it is accessible to experienced mechanics or fabricators.

Application. Engineered specifically for the 18-23 Jeep Wrangler JL, this brace addresses common steering issues prevalent in lifted vehicles and those running larger tires. It does not replace the stock track bar bracket and should not be installed if the bracket is damaged without prior repair.
